Michiana Modeling Workshop

About MMW

Established in 2022, Michiana Modeling Workshop (MMW)  is a model development program for ages 5 and up that teaches aspiring models the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the fashion industry. 

The monthly curriculum consists of:

•Modeling basics- This includes topics such as posture, walking, posing, and makeup application.

•Fashion industry knowledge- This includes topics such as fashion history, fashion trends, and how to work with designers and photographers.

•Business skills- This includes topics such as how to create a portfolio and how to market yourself. 

•Personal development- This includes topics such as self-confidence, stress management, and nutrition.

We host annual fashion shows to celebrate the models who complete the prior cycle! 

Our program places a heavy emphasis on building self esteem and confidence in all of our model students. We pride ourselves in offering safe and welcoming spaces while encouraging individuality along with creativity.
